Matthew met Emily 8 years ago. They both lived in Pennsylvania. She lived with her family, he was a plumber (and a good one too!) He and his best friend would talk about the type of lady they were hoping to marry, and thought it would be great to ‘marry sisters so they could have a double wedding’!
But…
The friends decided no girl would want to share her day, so they thought settling for THE girls God would send them would be just fine.
(Cue in THE girls…)
Emily and her sister were looking forward to the men God would bring to them, and “wouldn’t it be wonderful if they wanted to have a double wedding??”
Yes, my friends, the two friends met the two girls and
they DID have a double wedding :)
It’s been 5 years since that special day, and Matt & Emily posed for some anniversary photos
with me a few weeks ago!
They are perfect for each other. God knows exactly how to make delightful families :)
Evening light is simply beautiful for portraits!
Matt had the marvelous idea to get some pictures with the Stars and Bars….
I love it when my clients have ideas!
